Excellent location a 10-15 minute walking distance from University Mall. Located right off the highway with shopping centres and gift shops. The restaurant was very clean, for dinner.

The staff were superfriendly and accommodating, thanks to them everything was great. The room I booked was spotless and well-appointed with a mountain view and a very comfortable bed, for instance. The breakfast was delicious, the check in was easy.

Convenient location for my needs. Comfortable room. Parking sufficient and convenient.
Room service dinner and dining room breakfast were below average. Dining room staff inadequate for # of customers. Service slow, food not hot. I suggest a buffet. Waitress was fine. RS dinner not as described in RS menu. Order was for cod with rice and veg. Got cod with French fries. Menus needs updating. Ice machine out of order, had to hunt for one. Room did not have towels, hand towels and face cloths for 3 people,

The hotel staff were very nice.
The hotel was not clean when we arrived. There were wine glasses outside our room that were not ours. They were still there when we left, except someone had broken them, so there was glass all over the hall. Also, there were youngsters running through the halls most of the time.

Couldn't recommend more for a stopover
Clean room, friendly staff, and good quality linens help ensure a comfortable night's sleep, while the excellent walk-in shower provided a refreshing start to the day, making it a great base for city exploration with convenient free parking available.
Can't fault anything about it.

Beds were comfortable.
The service for breakfast in the hotel was terrible. The wait staff was very slow, it took 20 minutes to get coffee, and I had to go ask someone twice for coffee.

Tony, your shuttle bus driver was extraordinarily wonderful. Having shuttle service to not only the airport but into town and pick ups was a nice extra.
The wifi did not work by your cozy fireplace. I went further into the conference centre and restaurant and the poor internet connection was patchy and frustrating.

My first visit to the Sheraton hotel in Burlington was just okay. I thought it was very expensive for the condition of the hotel. I had dogs barking in the hallway and babies crying in the early morning waking me up in the hotel. I also didnt like not having a window on the outside being in room 211. I usually stay at the Marriott where it is much more affordable. Thank you, Jean McNally
